Food Club Camp Lasagna

Camp Lasagna has all the flavor of your favorite lasagna but is a one pot dish made in your dutch oven. Perfect for your camping adventures!

  • 2 cups Food Club Cottage Cheese   

  • 1 teaspoon Food Club Italian Seasoning 

  • 1 large Food Club egg 

  • 1 small yellow or white onion, chopped  

  • 3/4 cup grated Food Club Parmesan 

  • 3/ 4 cup grated Food Club Cheddar Cheese  

  • 4 cups Food Club Tomato Sauce 

  • 1 package Food Club lasagna noodles, no boil  

  • 1 pound hamburger  

  • Food Club Olive Oil  

DIRECTIONS:  

  • Add 4 tbs of Food Club olive oil to your dutch oven.  

  • Then add 1 lb hamburger and chopped onion  

  • Add additional ingredients to the dutch oven. Place cottage cheese and ½ of your cheeses on the top layer of your lasagna.  

  • Cook for 20-25 minutes. Cool, serve and enjoy.
