Food Club Chicken & Wild Rice

  • 1 tablespoon Food Club Olive Oil  

  • 1 yellow onion, diced  

  • 2 large carrots, diced  

  • 2 stalks celery, diced  

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt  

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper  

  • 6 cups chicken stock  

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken  

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (plus more for serving)\ 

  • 2 cans Food Club Cream of Chicken Soup 

  • 3 Cups Food Club Wild Rice  

Directions:  

  1. Add all ingredients to dutch oven. Cook for 2.5 hours or until rice is tender.
